What we need to know before we build

Sixteen blocks. Each one names the part of the system it decides, so you can see why it is being asked. Answer in whatever order suits you — nothing is lost if you stop and come back, and more than one person can contribute from the same device.

Where you do not know an answer, write that. “Ask the accountant” is a useful answer; a guess is not.

Three of these block the build

Blocks 10, 11 and 14 — tax, client money, and data protection — decide things that cannot be changed later without rebuilding the finance module. We can start design and the matter workspace without them. We cannot write a single invoice or hold a cedi of client money until they are answered.
